I have two teeth that need out. They're on the same side as my bad (or slightly worse, my ears are never that great) ear, and I'm working on a combination of ibuprofen, reverse Shirley Temples (yay, pomegranate liquer) and hot water bottles to manage.
It goes completely away, then ratchets up just when I start feeling relaxed. I'm pretty sure it's not due to grinding. I'm working on consulting with oral surgeons to see who's going to bilk me the least and who can get it done soonest, 'cause I reeeeeally don't want to miss the LARP event at the end of this next week.
