Get a busy month of gaming and opportunity and visits with friends you haven't seen in ages planned out, and then they tell you they gotta take out cysts and that you're looking at 2-4 weeks recovery time.  At least it sounds like it could be an explanation for the gallbladder-symptoms-with-a-clean-gallbladder-on-two-separate-ultrasounds thing, because endometriosis can get everywhere.

Just- could I for once get a chance to plan things out without all my careful orchestrations being tossed into the air?
