Because they're young women with strong aspects of being The Sacrifice but cores of iron beneath it, neither one quite gets the happy ending their being dutiful might've/should've/never did promise, and because the two of them look gorgeous riding side by side, polardog next to plains-horse with dragonlets on shoulders.

I just think they'd have a lot to talk about.
