Bo is essentially in a place to be a between-worlds PI, kicks ass and defends humanity from the depredations of both sides while wearing leather- fairly standard Urban Fantasy Heroine stuff. And she's a succubus who heals via feeding, and now that she's found people whom she won't end up killing by kissing, she's having the time of her life without shame or regrets (except for actual relationship regrets).
