This exact line is me paraphrasing something from a Twilight Zone episode set in the Vietnam War, which in itself is a reference to Animal House and the character Douglas Neidermeyer, a dick of epic proportions. Zhao would have liked him. In the little 'where are they now' blurbs at the end of the movie, it mentioned that he was killed by his own troops in Vietnam. Couldn't happen to a nicer bloke.
