Halloo, odd lj traveler lurking about here (I found you through an interest search on tieflings oddly enough) and I would second the notion of being cared for by a druid or fae-healer. In my mind's eye I picture some sort of wytch or woman of the forest tending to a fallen fae with a mixture of tinctures and bedrest, maybe applying salves if any iron-burns are present. Possibly burning some sage or other herbs known for cleansing (couldn't hurt) and as a last resort, bloodletting. Most of what I've read has iron exposure causing some type of skin reaction (boils, burns, etc) and I think that'd be one of the major things to treat.

Also: VERY interesting story concept, would you mind if I added you to my friends list to keep an eye on it?
