Today I saw the article on Michelle Obama's vegetable garden, and my first thought was "Cool!" My second was- wouldn't it just be silly-epic if they had the same zucchini overload as everyone else and ended up giving it away as gifts to foreign dignitaries?
That said, Mom's suggesting we start a vegetable garden this year. It'd mean daily chores, but it's not like I'm doing much worthwhile with my time these days anyway, and I do need to get my ass in gear on things. Besides, it might help Dad and I keep that promise of three salad-dinners a week.
