Oooh... I really, REALLY like this take on Ozai. His emotional distance from fatherhood makes a lot of sense! Also, his justification for sending Zura away - if she doesn't make it back, that's fine, if she by some miracle DOES come back, stronger, then that's probably fine as well.
And Lan Min is a prodigy? That's a neat development! I also really, REALLY like the last line. Could this young child in some way redeem Ozai? (Unlikely, but I'd still like to see how this plays out!)
